Just been told this:

The personal documents of the Military Archives Department dating back to 1945 will be relocated to Berlin, to the DR Department at the Tegel site, during the course of 2026. Unfortunately, for the relocation, the holdings will have to be closed to public access from September 2025 until June 2026.
