Boris Aleksandrovich Shahavinskiy

I am looking for info on a WW I Russian pilot who joined the Red Army after the revolution as a aviator. Boris Aleksandrovich Shchavinskiy 1889-1944. In 1944 he was arrested on charges of "anti-Soviet propaganda and agitation" and sentenced to five years forced labor: He dies in custody the same year. he was posthumously rehabilitated in 1990. Any one have more info on him?
