Re: P-47 loss 13/02/45

Only information I have is that the loss is recorded in MACR 12303. Perhaps someone else will be able to come up with the contents of that document?

Peter - I just noticed that your avatar is very close to the 357FS "Licking Dragon' - looking the other direction.. any particular reason?

Warm Regards,

Bill

It is the 357th's Bill, as seen on the web site. I use it as a mark of respect for my dear friend Bill "Tiger" Lyons. I could have used the alternative (attached hopefully) but I like Nick's rendition of it.

Re: P-47 loss 13/02/45

Peter - may I include the 'attched reverse' dragon in my 355FG album?

Regards,

Bill

PS the one I always use as a reference is Moon Elder's on his 51D-20 OSR as shown on nose
