A.A. "Z" Rocket Projector

Has anyone got an idea when and where the first A.A. "Z" Rocket Projector's were situated and if they were ever installed in the Merseyside area ?

Merseyside area - yes, in Wallasey by 1944.

I think they had them on the sea front at Teignmouth, Devon as well.

According to 'The Blitz - Then & Now' Z batteries were first deployed at Cardiff, circa March 1941.
