W/Cdr Noel Constantine RAF killed 1947
Hi guys
W/Cdr Noel Constantine, an Australian in the RAF, flew Defiants in the Battle of Britain and later commanded 136 Squadron in Burma. Postwar, on 29 July 1947, he was killed (together with his wife) and several others, when the Indian Dakota in which he was flying was shot down by a Dutch fighter over Indonesia. Can anyone provide further information on this incident? Cheers Brian

Thanks to Paul,
We now know that the Dakota was shot down by two Dutch P-40s from the 120th Squadron. Does anyone know the identities of the Dutch pilots involved? Cheers Brian
