Russian Mig-3

Hi all!!
Need help about identification of the pilot's name flown on MiG-3(late series) without serial number but with the slogan "Smert nemetskim okkupantam(in eng."death to the german occupants!"). This plane belonged to 162IAP, 43IAD
I inluding the picture
