Beaufighter accident December 12. 1942 in Coltishall

ORB 68 Squadron RAF wrote on December 12, 1942
Weather clear and fine, many practice flights were made during the day and also at night. Flying was stopped at 21:30hrs approx because the weather was none too good and also one of training flight had an unfortunate accident, collapsing an undercarriage leg, nobody were hurt.
Does anyone have the details of this accident?
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers Pavel
