Uffz Heinz Götte 2/04/1940 or 2/04/1944
Hi !
Uffz Heinz Götte is presently buried at the German War Cemetery at Lommel (Belgium). The date of this death is mentioned as 2/04/1944 on his grave, but the Volksbund website mentiones 2/04/1940. He was originally buried at Veurne cemetery (= Furnes), which is rather close to France and the Belgian coast. Who has more details about his last flight and the plane in which he crashed ? Many thanks and best regards Luc Last edited by Luc Vervoort; 28th May 2007 at 11:48. |

Hi Phil,
Many thanks for your reply. Is it possible that at the age of 18 he already had this grade (in 1940) ? Best regards Luc |
