Hello,

i,m looking for a picture of Uffz. Gerhard Schmidt flying FW 190-A8 Snr. 960320 15./JG3. This plane crashed on 01-01-1945 at Ijsselstein-Holland. Uffz.Schmidt where POW after a airfight with 2 Typhoons of 439
Squadron(F/o Lawrence and F/o Fraser).

Hello Michel,

Why do you think he was in combat with the Typhoons flown by F/O Laurence and F/O Fraser? Uffz. Schmidt himself reported combat with Spitfires....
