Renard R-40 Aircraft - fate
Hi Everyone,
3 types of Main landing Gear were studied by Messier for the belgian airfraimer Renard R-40 type beginning of 1940. This aircraft was a derivative of the R-36 fighter and had a pressurized cabin which could be ejected if required. This aircraft was funded by the french DoD. Unfortunately, I have no info about his fate altough this aircraft flew just before the blitz. I found no photos on this unusal belgian aircraft. Do you have feedback on the fate of the aircraft and photos? cheers Jerome
