8./ZG 1 May/June 44 in Salon-de-Provence
Hello to all

I am looking for information on the reason why the 8./ZG 1 was moved to the south of France from 23 May 44 until 10 June 1944

I have elements of III/ZG 1 operating over the Med on anti-shipping escort missions hence the loss of the Lang crew of 8/ZG 1 on 11 May 44

During the period 23 May-10 Jun, all of III/ZG 1's loses were over or around Normandy
