Would have looked to have seen clear image of the AR 234 with squiggle camo.

Ar234 A group of ten official, original WWII photographs of German Arado 234 jet aircraft. Photos show aircraft from Kampfgeschwader 76 in various states of disrepair/destruction https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...wwii-440339053

Possibly Hs 129 B-2 (WNr. 141407) St.Kz. PH+UQ, probably from Fliegerzielgeschwader 3, found abandoned damaged at Frankfurt-Rebstock after 8 May 1945. Information courtesy of Steve Sheflin.

I believe Marc is right and it's strictly the same Mistel at the same place... i.e. Marburg?.. or Mers(e)burg ???

Good to have your confirmation, Franck. Snautzer, the different time frame /angle speaks does not change the buildings one can see in the background

And yes, Franck, you're correct: the caption says "Mersburg", hence Merseburg indeed.

Cheers

No photos today because apparently OneDrive doesn't work properly. So here are the links:

Great find again, RudiS: at first, It thought we see a bit more of that Bf 109 G from JG 53 you spotted already in post 1453. In fact it is a different machine as the one found today is assumed to be in Fürstenfeldbruck; it is an Erla built Bf 109 G-14 W.Nr. 46x xxx, "Weisse 14" from 1./JG 53.

Cheers
Marc
