JG 301 and 302 Victories?

Does anyone know how many victories these units were credited with?

Thanks,

Rob

Re: JG 301 and 302 Victories?

Rob,

Do you have Willy Reschke's book, the Jagdgeschwader 301/302 "Wilde Sau"? It contains every claims of the JG 301/302 (and has an English edition as well).
He summarized the successes as the following:
the JG 302 claimed 231 enemy aircraft destroyed, including 209 British and US 4 mot bomber, 21 escorting fighters (P-38 and P-51) and one Mosquito.
His similar summary states about the JG 301: 156 4 mot bomber as destroyed, additionally 10 HSS, and 38 escorting fighters (iirc I counted once 214 victories in total to the JG 301, not 204 - maybe I counted wrongly or it was a typo).
You can find these details in his book on pages 133 (Nachbetrachtung zum JG 302), 237 (Nachbetrachtung zum JG 301), and the detailed claim's list from pages 238 - 248 (it is the German edition, maybe the English was edited a bit different way).
