Seems to be a He 219 tail. The "VI" markings appear on certain fuselages of this type... Regards Fran |

This 109 photo has been sold several times over a years time now. It has also been published long ago as I have also commented on earlier. Either this photo exists in many copies, perhaps as a hand-out among unit members, or there is another reason???? Just want to make bidders aware that even if it is a nice photo in any collection, it is not unique. Br Goran |

Re: Photos 2-7
'Antikfuchs1' du spinnst! This is most probably taken in a Bf 108 Taifun and not in a Bf 109!
I get fed up with these unserious auction guys trying to spice up the photos and consequently the prices with misleading descriptions of the photos. Not that my posting will change anything to the better, but a friendly warning to be careful with your hard earned cash out there! Is it a coincident that also the photo of 'Black 11' comes up at this sellers auction after being offered for sales many times at ebay now? http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=300196854837 Could be just a coincidence......of course..... Sorry if I am wrong....Br Goran Larsson |

This a/c is a Bf 108 rather than a Bf 109. And these He 111Ps in the photo album belong to KG 55, not KG 54: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=230220761060 |

Re: Photos 2-7
Seems to be this aircraft - DY-B
Interestingly (unfortunately through a photo being included) that a crew member was killed in the operation or landing). The listing has the whole crew as POW.
