Optical illusion. What appears to be a single engine is in fact the left hand nacelle of a twin engined Heinkel He 59

Now, I'm sure one of our resident seaplane unit experts could help with unit ID.

The unit is most likely the 7. Seenotstaffel that was based in Greece from April 1941 with its main base at Athen-Phaleron with detachments at Milos, Suda Bay on Crete, Saloniki and other locations.
