Hi ,
On august 1144 Mosquito Mk IX MM-245 from N° 544 Sqdn was lost. F/L Adcock Douglas 42246 (KIA) probably washed up the coast of Middelkerke Belgium and was buried over there . Who can help me with the identity of the other crewmeber ?

Re: Mosquito MM-245

Alain,

From a post on RAF Commands (27 Aug 2005): other crew member was F/O G.D. Askew, commemorated at Runnymede.

No-ball mission to Fôret de Nieppe.

Regards,

Leendert
