Ju88 of FAGr 124
On 2 April 1944 an aircraft of this unit was shot down by Fleet Airm Arm fighters protecting a convoy. Does anyone have details of this action?

Possibly Ju 88 D-1 430822 4N+LH 1.(F)/22 (Norway)
OPS (F) Recce of Allied JV/RA convoy; missing (100%) in the Barentsea 02.04.1944 (source not noted, sorry) |

An interesting post about the naming of Luftwaffe recon units in the first months of 1944, that may explain why one source see it as a FaG 124 loss and the other as a 1.(F)/22:
