No.56 OTU ORB

Hi, I am hoping that someone may have a copy of the No.56 OTU ORB. I am searching for information regarding F/Sgt. Maurice Francis Mills who was killed on the 16th August 1941. Can anyone help further please?

Regards,

Melvin

Re: No.56 OTU ORB

Do you have a location and type of aircraft / serial number as this might assist in getting help?

According to the ORB he was flying V6935:

"Dived into ground during low level aerobatics 2 miles SE of Sutton Bridge."

Re: No.56 OTU ORB

Thanks for that John, can you possibly give me the details regarding the loss of Hurricane W9193 lost the same day from the same unit! Any further help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Melvin

Re: No.56 OTU ORB

No problem:

Dived out of cloud, pilot (Sgt Henaux, Free French) lost control in turbulence near Harrington, Northants.
