John H. Oliphint or Oliphant, as I have found both spellings in different sources?

It's Oliphint - as per the signed copy of his autobiography that I have and given to me by him at a 359th FG reunion.

Alas, John is no longer with us but his book still is. US Amazon apparently still has copies for those that are interested:
