Stab/IV. Fliegerkorps + ???

I believe Stab/IV. Fliegerkorps was located in the Novo-Ukrainka and Rownoje area in Dec.1943/Jan.1944 (c. 75km southwest of Kirovograd in Ukraine) - does anyone know what other Luftwaffe units, including ground branches (Flak, etc.) were there or controlled the area?

Perhaps St./-, I./-, & II./- KG3?
III./KG1?

Any help much appreciated!
