Looking for photos of Erla Built Bf 109G-10 Green 7 WNr 152016

Gents,

I am looking for photos of subj aircraft. I have one b&w photo which might be Green 7, but the number 7 and the WNr isn't quite clear. I was wondering if there were any others?

TIA

Brad

Hi Brad,
there are no other known photos of this aircraft I'm afraid. Also its Werknummer is by no means verified - all that can be said is that the last digit is a "6". The rest is derived from known facts about the Erla-built batches of G-10s + optical guesswork. I've attached the best scan I found in my references for you (from JaPo's "Bf 109s in Deutsch Brod", p.52), but you will see that you don't see much...

Cheers,
Christian

For the sake of completeness, there is a second picture of this machine published in Rajlich (J.), Kokoska (S.) and Janda (A.) 2000: Luftwaffe over Czech territory 1945, p. 43. It is of indifferent quality and is a close-up of the cockpit section only. It won't help you further, I'm afraid.

If, despite this being said, you still want to see it, I will post it here tomorrow.

Cheers
Marc
