Here is my take on some of them

Flg Ausb rgt - Fliegerausbildungsregiment - aka FAR - Airman/aircrew training regiment.

L.Bau Btl - Luftwaffe Construction Battalions.

Fl.H Bttr - Fliegerhorst battery Kp = Company

7.Fl.H Bttr Kp 3 = if "Bttr" is correct and not a typo or incorrect interpretation, then this is 7. Feldhaubitze-Batterie/Kompanie 3 = 7th Field Howitzer Battery/3d Company; on the other hand, "Bttr" could be a typo for Btl (Battalion) or Betr (for Betriebs) and if that is the case then it will change things completely and possibly become 7. Fliegerhorstbetriebs-Kompanie 3 = 7th Platoon of Airfield Operating (or Servicing) Company 3.
2./L.Bau Btl 7/I-238 = 2./Luftwaffen-Bau-Bataillon 7/I = 2nd Company/Air Force Construction Battalion 7/I. The extraneous number "238" is most likely an EKM number.
L.Sch.Zug 56/VI-33 = Landesschützenzug 56/VI = Territorial Defense Platoon 56/VI. Again, the extraneous number "33" is most likely an EKM number.
2./AR 7 = 2./Artillerie-Regiment 7 = 2nd Battery/7th Artillery Regiment.
2./FBK KG3 = 2./Flughafen-Betriebs-Kompanie/Kampfgeschwader 3 = 2nd Airfield Servicing Company of Bomber Wing 3.
Fl.H.KP.31/XI - Fliegerhorstkompanie 31/XI = Airfield Company 31/XI.
2/Flg Ausb rgt 11 = 2./Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 11 = 2nd Company/Air Force Training Regiment 11.
549 Flg HKpie Han = Fliegerhorstkompanie Hannover-549 = Airfield Company Hannover. And once again, the extraneous number "549" is most likely an EKM number.
