Ju-88 from K.G. 77 lost on October 2, 1942
Hello/Bonjour,
I am looking for the names of the four aircrew members of a Ju-88 belonging to K.G. 77 who belly landed on October 2, 1942 near Bourges (France), on the wrong side of the Demarcation Line. The police report gives the Wk-Nr. 3303 and markings 3Z+HV. Warned by the French military post, a German car was immediately sent and the crew recovered, then sent back to the Bourges airfield. Best regards, Frederic |

Aircraft was Ju 88 A-5 of IV Gruppen KG 77 (Operational Training).
No names are given in (50% Er) GQM damage report. Full W.Nr. would be 0883303, assembled by Henschel KG, in beginning of 1941. -Ed. |

Re: Ju-88 from K.G. 77 lost on October 2, 1942
Hello Chris and Ed,
Thanks a lot for your answers. I knew it was difficult to have names of uninjured crew members but I tried (...I thought to an NVLM report). The police report tells that they were slightly wounded and this latter also gives their ranks: one Ofw.; one Fw. and two Uffz. As they were quickly picked-up, the police was not able to note their names. Once again, merci beaucoup. Best regards from France, Frederic |

Re: Ju-88 from K.G. 77 lost on October 2, 1942
Data comes from the logbook, Thalhammer, they spent quite 18 months making Verbandsflüge, with IV.KG77, nd they are not "greenies", made some tour in Riga with KG 102, return to ..Verbandsflüge, a training with Ju52/Hohentwiel so we hv with the Thalhammer the Bordfunker of the crew , before a flight with a Mistel, most probably "Under", nd at least flights with C1+ jU88S/Ju188, in Brieg ...., notable on 26.Sept. from Brieg , C1+CB, action against the the bridge of Nijwegen quite a long flight but only 3 hours .
