Jägergradnetzkarte
Hi,
General questions to the system and questions related to specific positions keeps popping up, so I found it appropriate to re-advertise this site for the benefit of new members: http://www.gyges.dk/reporting_grids.htm bregds SES |

Re: Jägergradnetzkarte
While we are at it... I am having trouble figuring out another system of Quadrate used in Luftwaffe reports - examples (Russia, summer 1943): ZP7d, XQ9, ZQ1? Any ideas?
Kind regards, Pawel |

Re: Jägergradnetzkarte
Hi Pawel,
That is the post APR 1943 format, but you miss the Jagdtrapeze (e.g. 34 ON). bregds SES |

Re: Jägergradnetzkarte
Hi Evgeny,
Excactly what is it you want to know? On this page you'll find a converter - LUMA - which will convert your coordinates into lat/long: http://www.gyges.dk/reporting_grids.htm bregds SES |

Re: Jägergradnetzkarte
Hi,
In order to give a quick reference to these sort of questions this Sticky was created: http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showthread.php?t=7471 it does have references and links to the LUMA Guide and the LUMA converter. The positions you mention are given in in pre 1943 system and can easily be converted to lat/long using the LUMA converter. bregds SES |
