Nice photo - but is this really a Ta-152?
IMHO it looks more like a standard Fw190 D-9 fuselage: for instance, the upper (removable) panel just in front of the cockpit has the bulges for the 13mm MGs.

This is Tank Ta 152H-1/R11 WNr 150167, found intact at the facilities of Mimetall (MMW) Erfurt, intended as Produktionsmuster for the Ta 152H-1 production. Eventually a conversion into a Ta 152H-11 was planned. The plane was disassembled by the US and transported to Kassel. Its final fate remains unknown.
Behind WNr 150167 lies another Ta152 fuselage, and behind that Fw190D-9 WNr.500699 Yellow 15 from 7./JG301 is visible. The airfield is Kassel-Rothwesten. Regards RolandF Last edited by RolandF; 9th February 2016 at 14:52. Reason: typo
