Fw190

Evening all.

Is this a valid Fw190 number. The number looks valid.

0142339

I assume A-4. 1942.

Is JHF a manufacturer?

I know nothing more unfortunately.

regards,

Mark

Re: Fw190

GQM gives both 23393 and 2339, but I believe that correct could be 142339:

1943-07-28, 1./JG 1, Fw 190 A-4, 142339, Südlich Kollum, 25 km nordöstlich Leeuwarden
Notlandung infolge Brennstoffmangel. Bruch 80 %.

Re: Fw190

Hello gogh,

the loss of the Fw 190 A-4 yellow 2 on 24 Aug 1943 concerned the WNr. 2329 of Uffz Paul Dudnitzek (spelling in JFV 12/III)/Dudniczek (spelling in GQM 30 Aug 1943 item 79).

Regards
Leo
