JV 44 Platzschutz / private Research

Iam researching Jv 44 since 6 years. The main research work is on the Platzschutzstaffel of JV 44. Therefore iam looking for JV 44 documents, translations of Documents, maybe flight / logbooks ( copies ) of Sachsenberg / Hoffmann, Faber and Wübke from this time pattern. ( April to May 1945 ) Also needed contact to former JV 44 members ( exept Stigler and Bob--have already contact ), Groundpersonal that was stationed in Munich Riem, Salzburg Maxglan, Innsbruck, Hofoldinger Forrest, Ainring.
Iam also interessted to get Contact to former Flak Members, stationed around these Airbases and to former Personal of the G.d.J. Verbandführerschule at Bad Wörrishofen ( exept Günter Rall )

German:

Verbandführerschule Bad Wörrishofen in diesem Zeitabschnitt benötigt.

Ich beantworte garantiert jede Zuschrift.

Vielen Dank im Voraus

Yes, I did. I own this book, by the way, signed by all 3 authors. But as said, there are new details at the surface, i.e. the fact that red 4 wasnt one of the D-11 Prototypes. I think I discovered the correct Werknumber, out of the 220XXX Werknumber block. We also know today that this D 11, coded red 4 came from the G.d.J. Verbandführerschule Bad Wörrishofen, located 150 km west of Munich. There are a lot of unanswered questions and Iam glad to tell you that Robert Forsyth, Dave Wadman, Eric Larger, David E.Brown are also supporting me in my efforts. This is a totally prvate research without any commercial thoughts. It is my plan, once finsihed, to publish everything I have found into a open public Website ( it will be copyrighted before off course ). All I can say to day is, that I have collected a great amount of unknow pictures so far ( included two colored of the Platzschutz ) that biografies of the known Pilots are nearly finsihed, that today we know all correct Werknumbers of the planes and that we found at least one totally unknown, austrian JV 44. But as said, a lot more needs to come to surface and therefore I need these informations.
Thanks for you tip

Klaus

Klaus,

I'm sorry but I don't ever recall having been contacted by you about this.
While you may well be in contact with Eric, I don't remember my colleagues Robert Forsyth or David Brown mentioning contact with you either.

Perhaps to refresh my memory you could let me know when you contacted me about this please (it is possible that you sent me an email that got overlooked for some reason).

Regards
Dave Wadman

Re: JV 44 Platzschutz / private Research

Hi Dave,

yes I need to take a look to my private PC and into the folders. But if Iam right it was in Januar or Februrar. Eric tried to establish a contact, I wrote you once. Iam in contact with Robert Forsyth from time to time discussing with him some things. I dont know if you know this feeling, but as deeper you go into the new details more questions coming.

I will write you soon and thank you for your support

Best Regards

Klaus

Re: JV 44 Platzschutz / private Research

Thread revival..
Anyone have any Aerial Pics of Ainring airfield? Visiting the area in a few weeks and would like to take some shots of surviving structures.
I have both the JV44 book, and the Dora's of JV. So have some material.
A web search gives me an aerial of the field.. but it's supper small and the kmz file to Google Earth doesn't work!

Thanks in Advance~
Always
Motch
