April 1945 Me 109 Mamming Label Name
Towards the end of April 1945 in the triangle Mamming, Dingolfing and Frontenhausen a plane crash. Maybe a Me 109. The Pilot jumped, then dove to a farmer, stayed a few days and exchanged his combination against civilians. On 29 April 1945 Us Troops arrived that Area. The combination left behind is a label with fragments of a name. I attached a photo of it.
Does anyone have any idea about the story? I'm looking forward very much. Greetings peglar Last edited by Peglar; 29th September 2012 at 09:15. |
