From Sturtivant's F.A.A. Aircraft 1939-1945, page 94: Swordfish II DK691 - crashed on navex at approx. 55º 31'N, 60º 25' W [sic - that's in Greenland, so possibly 6º 25' W ?], cat Z 16.3.43 (S/L T. Horsey, S/L R. Wilding & LA J. K. Stagg all killed).
