Me 262s of I./KG 51

Newly added to the Ghostbombers website:
  • the Werk Nummern and tactical markings of all 25 Me 262s on strength with I./KG 51 on 6 January 1945.
  • also the Werk Nummern of eight aircraft transferred to the Gruppe on 3 January from II./KG 51.

P.S.: WNr 110 015 should be 170 015. I wonder if the Germans themselves mistook the " 7" as a "1"

It's definitely 110015 in the deciphered message. The Germans may well have got it wrong and there were errors noted by the British in other German signals. If you've seen the way that a "1" was hand written then, it's easy to understand how the Enigma operator could have misread it.
