Fw 190 A-8 and D-9 ordnance
This is a response to the above question placed on the old version of this site.
The manual for the Fw 190 A-8 states that the "ETC 501 (the underfuselage bomb rack) can be loaded with bombs or disposable carriers to a total weight of 500kg (1102 lb); or with an ER-4 adapter unit for four bombs or disposable carriers, each with a maximum weight of 50kg (110 lb)." Although the Fw 190D-9 carried the ETC 504 rack instead of the ETC 501 of the A-8, I imagine the maximum ordnance weight would be the same. George |

F-8/U2 (or F-8/R16) were equipped with ETC 501 and were supposed to carry the BT 700 torpedo, that is 700 kg. Few of these aircrafts appeared in 11./KG 200.
D-9/R14 was to carry LT 1b or BT 1400 on its ETC 504 (not built project).
