Plot received.....
Good afternoon,

If I read: " Plot received on e/a approaching aerodrome at 20,000 feet...".
Should I consider that this e/a was detected by radar, or might has it be
detected by ground observers ???
Is the term " plot " or " plotted " specific to radar?

From what I have read the term applies to Radar and Observer Corp plots.
