20/21 July 1944: loss of a Boston 13 Sqdn in the Po Valley

On the night 20/21 July 1944, a Boston of 13 Sqdn, 232 Wing, crashed in my town, Modena in the Po Valley, possibly due to mechanical failure. A crew member died in the crash, an other British airman was rescued by Italian partisans. I am interested in knowing about the aircraft and the names and fate of the crew members.
Thnaks in advance for your help in my researches.

Carlo

Boston III of 18 Sqdn, not 13 Sqdn. Sorry for the mistake.
