From Barbarossa to Odessa (part 2)

it is strange, according to amazon UK, this book is now available:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

but according to its publisher's web site, this book has not been published yet:

http://www.ianallanpublishing.com/pr...6&cat=0&page=1

which one is correct ?

Re: From Barbarossa to Odessa (part 2)

I don't have information that it has already been published. However, that doesn't mean anything, as vol. 1 was in the stores earlier than in my hands...

I will keep you posted.

P.S. Amazon.co.uk doesn't even show the proper cover.

You don't want to tell that my book will be in your hands again sooner, do you?
That's no justice at all!
I must make a trip to Vienna (about 120 km from where I live), to your famed Buchhandlung Stoehr...

Re: From Barbarossa to Odessa (part 2)

Hello Denes!

well, I was very surprised too when I was told that Vol.2 is on its way.
Stoehr seems to be on the receiving end of a rather fast supply chain, as they had the new Osprey volumes last week already too, even BEFORE Osprey has announced them on their webpage.
they also received Vol.2 of the LW Bomber Units book last Wednesday already

So I am really looking forward to receiving Vol.2 of your work
and I will let you know as soon as I have it in my greedy hands...

Well, my vol. 2 from amazon.co.uk is also on its way (received an email about it yesterday).
I'm looking forward to it!

Best wishes/Hĺkan

Re: From Barbarossa to Odessa (part 2)

Completely agree that a one-volume HB book would have been better! Though the font should be the same, it is very pleasant to read, at least to me.

Re: From Barbarossa to Odessa (part 2)

Ordered today. More of the same quality (e.g. 1944?) would be much appreciated
