10./KG 6, 30.11. 1943 in France

Hello!
In the book of KG 6 by Jan Horn, i have been able to find Ogr. Karl Rohner, who was Bf with FF Fw. Ludwig Bojko. They both died this day, so i guess, they were flying, but i cannot find anything about their plane in the book.
Rohner is burried in Dagneux, France!
Does anyone know more?

Thank You

Christian

Re: 10./KG 6, 30.11. 1943 in France

Hello Remi!
Thank You for Your answer to my question.

Of the name i am sure, since i have his death card. If You want a scan, i can send it to You.

Please forgive me for not knowing, but if you have the time, could you please explain Your first line. I only understand IV KG 6 H and the Ju 88 A-14 and Wnr.

Unfortunately there is no connection between Denmark and Dagneux. From time too time i find a death card and then try to find out the history of the deceased, and then build a model of the plane he flew.

Best wishes

Christian

Sounds like you only have vol 1 of Horn's KG 6 books. The accident is listed in his Vol 2 as
30.11.1943, 10./KG 6, 60kms südöstlich Clermont-Ferrand, Art:H, Absturtz bei Überlandflug inf. Motorschaden,Aufschlagsbrand, Ju 88A-14, 144520, 100%, FF Fw Ludwig Bojko, B Heinrich Rose, Bf Ogfr Karl Rohner, Bs Uffz Fritz Krissun.

Now since you have Vol 1, go out and get Vol 2. Well worth the money

Cheers from a sunny Sweden
Stig
