Reccon loses over Modlin 20&27 IX 39?

I have found 3 cases of losses among reccon planes over, or near Modlin on 20 and 27 IX 1939.

20.09.39 - Dornier Do 17 P (A6+KH) of 1.(F)/120.

27.09.39 - Henschel Hs 126 of (H)/31, the crew was missing over enemy territory. Second was Dornier Do 17 of 1.(F)/102 shot down over Modlin (?).
I woder the crews' names or any details about the reason of these losses, or time etc.?

Regards,

Re: Reccon loses over Modlin 20&27 IX 39?

Hi very interesting detail, but on 25 IX 1939 the whole German forces were thrown versus Warsaw (very hevvy German atrack on Warsaw indeed, a lot of destruction and damages were done). So it looks more probably, that next day the reccon plane was send over Modlin?

Next day LW had changed the target and in following two days many bombers (mostly Ju 87 and Do 17) had attacked Modlin fortress from air. The losses over there were quite serious (at last 2 JU 87, 1 Hs 123 totaly destroed and some other planes more or less dameged, including destroyed reccon: Hs 126 and Do 17 too.

BTW now I am working on a story concerning Polish air defence of Modlin in 1939. There were 4x40 mm Bofors from 1 up to 28 IX 1939 plus 16 A/A Maxims 7,92 mm. Could be possible to scan the photos and used them in my material?
All credits are given in such material?
