Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6 6./JG3
Hello Michel
Feldwebel Alfred Kalitta of II./JG 3 is listed as wounded on 3 October 1943, when his Bf 109 G-5 (W.Nr. 26 096) crashed at Gelsenkirchen following aerial combat. Rather confusingly, beneath the cause of the loss is written (F. unverletzt) (Feindbeobacht.) I hope this helps you. Horrido! Leo |
