Is there a site to find the histories of certain Lancaster's such as for the Spitfires in Shacklady's book?

Also there are the Bomber Command Losses books by William Chorley and Air Britain books giving the fate of each aircraft by serial number.

If you let us know what date the aircraft was lost or its serial then it will be easy to look up.

They weren't lost in his occupation of the cockpit, damaged yes. June to October 44 he flew, all 35 daylight missions. Im hoping the that JN-D was still HK601 in 75sqn service 1945. He flew these (hunting photo of any of them)

Generally, when the same aircraft code letter is repeated, that's due to the previous aircraft with that letter being lost (or rarely, transferred to another Squadron). HK601 does not show up as a loss.
