Good evening Nick !

The book and object sounds fine. In my neigbourhood in Germany are two ex-LW airfields (only activated for the French campaign 1940, later dummy-airfield) and noone remembers any hostility with real bombs or wooden dummies. The stories about those dummy-airfields sound good, but were missions like that really executed ?.

The book has been translated by Jean Dewaerheid into:
  • english as "The Riddle of the Wooden Bombs"
  • dutch as "Het Mysterie van de Houten Bommen"
