Looking for info on Ju 88H-1 +FS

I have recently got my hands on the Kora 1/72 kit of the Junkers Ju88H-1. The box art reproduces a recoloured version of the well known photo of the Ju88H-1. It is clear from the photo that the last two letters of the Stammkennzeichen are +FS. But the first two letters are not shown. Kora have supplied decals for DO+FS. I note however that this Stammkennzeichen belonged to a Ju88T-1. Does anyone know the correct Stammkennzeichen for this Ju88H-1 or have any other info on this particular aircraft.

Many Thanks
Ian

Re: Looking for info on Ju 88H-1 +FS

"Ju 88 D-1 ~ T-1 series" - built/converted to Ju 88 H-1 (BMW 801 engines, Extra-Long-Range Recce series), with W.Nr. 430931 and Stkz. "DO+FS is correct (there are other examples known near this, on both sides, of this Stkz.). This aircraft was lost with 3.(F)/123 (Cognac, France) in Atlantic Ocean 31.07.44. (Paul Gruner & crew missing)

Re: Looking for info on Ju 88H-1 +FS

Would the fuselage code have changed by the time of the shoot-down?
Aufkl.Gr.123 was said to have the following aircraft on strength:

Ju88H-1 - 4U+AL
Ju88H-1 - 4U+BL
Ju88H-1 - 4U+CL
Ju88H-1 - 4U+EL
Ju88H-1 - 4U+FL

NB. Looking again at the photo of DO+FS, it may be clear that it was taken in the winter of 1943/44. Given half a year had passed until the time of the shoot down it seems highly likely a 4U fuselage code was applied by then (and the under-fuselage gun pod was added as well).
