Photo of a Fw 190 tail. Any clue to its ID?

Enclosed is a photo of the tail of a Fw 190, which belly landed behind Soviet lines in the winter of 1944/1945.

Can anyone guess the Werknummer on the fin top?
If positively ID'd, what is the story of this aircraft?

Thanks, in advance.

Hit by AA-fire and made bellylanding near Dombovar on 10. FEB 1945,

This must be the one, Merlin!

The location and date could fit the photo.

Thanks,
