On 29/10/44, P-51 44-14465 of 332ndFG was shot down - who was the pilot and what was his fate?

I have the date as 28/10/44. The MACR is 9586.

The loss is that of Capt. Alfonso W. Davis,99th FS,332nd FG lost on October 29,1944 while on a escort mission. The MACR listing is wrong in putting this MACR on October 28. I have a copy of the original MACR.
