Yak 3-looking for information

Hi.
Recently we found wreckage Yak-3 in the Slovak Republic, who was shot down on January 14 1945 in the village Muzsla.Can anyone help with identifying of Russian pilot?Muzsla in 1945 belonged to Hungary.

гв.мл.л-т Стадниченко Алексей Ефимович was shot down and killed near Muzsla-NW, 2 km in Hungary (recently Slovakia) on January 14, 1945 from 5 VA, 6 GvIAD, 31 GvIAP. His opponent was probably Hptm. Helmut Lipfert 6/JG 52. (Muzsla belonged to Hungary not only in 1945, but for about 7-800 years before 1920. It belonged to the Roman Catholic Cardinal of Esztergom, Hungary. Majority of population is still Hungarian. Just for accuracy.)

You can just try to type Stadnichenko´s name (or that of any other airman) in cyrilic into http://www.obd-memorial.ru/ database and it will, in most cases, provide you some basic details. Hope this helps.

We did not find the pilot.It is listed as missing?And where can I get a photo, I need it in a museum.

No problem. The pilot was killed, not missing. But Hartmann claimed another one in the area, I assume from the same unit. Maybe that guy survived. Who knows. As of the photo... It is not easy. I cannot promise anything now.

as Yak-3's were not manufactured at Zavod 153.

Lipfert writes from downed a Yak-3 at Muzsla.We found the engine, landing gear, metal tube construction of aircraft, weapons UBS 20 mm and two 12.7 mm UBS.We found pieces of wood paneling, on which is clearly visible gray.Small parts are burned and totally destroyed.Yak-3 had the same landing gear as the Yak-9?Plane crash site is 2.5 km NW of the village Muzsla.

This means it must have been either a Yak-3 or a Yak-9U. Probability for Yak-3 is higher due to its higher production. Anyway it must have been very difficult to distinguish the two in aerial combat.
