Need approx manufacture date for He111H-3 WNr6853 - Luftwaffe and Allied Air Forces Discussion Forum

Hello,

I'm trying to determine the approx (or specific) manufacture date for the He111H-3 W.Nr. 6853, known to have been on service with 5./KG26 early in 1940. Who can help? I think that I have a photo of this a/c about Nov., 1939, but I can't be sure unless I know when it was manufactured and thus prospectively joined the unit.

Wn around accepted on May-July 1940, usually not a long time between manufacture nd acceptation

Larry,

the batch of He 111H-3 WNr. 6819 to 6945 were manufactured at Oranienburg during November and December 1939.
