The aircraft coded D-EZUT is curious. I cannot find this code on any database. I think that it could be a Heinkel He72, and depending on the level of actual damage to the engine it could be a He 72C... but really not sure?

D-EZUT Fw 44E 439

xx.05.35 - Schule. In-flight. Slightly damaged in Kopfstand in forced landing on soft ground. See NASM V109, PB 259, "Im Monat Mai 1935 der DVL gemeldte Unfälle, Schäden und einfache Störungen," p. 4, Entry 170.
 
n.d. - Port side profile overall and head-on view overall of wrecked aircraft photo'd lying in an open grass field with several figures clustered around. An inline engine Fw 44. See two photos auctioned on eBay.de, 15.08.12.

Many thanks RA. It had been the inline engine which had confused me and led me to think it was a He 72C. But this source provides the answer.
