F/O Alberto A. Nido RCAF
Hi guys
The above pilot from Porto Rico joined the RCAF, was posted to UK and apparently flew Spits with 610 Squadron circa 1943, before transferring to USAAF. Has anyone come across him? Cheers Brian |

Re: F/O Alberto A. Nido RCAF
I know he became a Captain flying P-51s with the 9th WRS (Weather Reconnaissance Sqaudron) in 1944-1945. He later became the General in charge of the Puerto Rican Air National Guard.
Here's a Wikipedia article on him: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alberto_A._Nido |
