aircraft debris in the Aegean

Dear friends,

a diver friend of mine has found some aircraft debris in the Aegean (near Athens) and he took pictures. I am attaching some of them.
Would anyone know what kind of aircraft this was? Could it be a German one or an allied? Any help would be much appreciated.

Byron

If realy a german BMW typ (and not an allied P&W typ), but since it appears to be a single row rotary, i would guess a BMW 132 typ.

Ummm, I don't know if anyone noticed the writing on the part shown in the 4th and 5th photo, but I am pretty damn sure it says BOMB BAY. Not very German if you ask me, how bout this, Blenheim? Danny
