Identity of Bf 109 pilot sought!

Hi Guys, Can anyone identify this pilot sat in his Bf 109? I am led to believe that this is or was a JG26 pilot? Can anyone confirm please?

Possibly Lt Reinhard Seiler (??)
2./JGr.88 - Spain; 1./JG76 - "Phoney War" 1940; 1./JG54 - Battle of Britain.

Dear Melvin,

the photo shows Hptm. Hermann-Friedrich Joppien of 1./JG 51 in 1940 who later took over I./JG 51 as Gruppenkommandeur.
