Re: looking for information on RAAF personel killed WW2

Hello Eric the information I have is as follows

F.O. Allan Hoadley PIVOTT Service Number 20621 was killed in a flying accident on 12/06/1945 in Nicosia, Cyprus. He was attached to 79 Operational Training Squadron R.A.F. Aircraft Beaufighter NE479

W.O. Victor William Arthur PIVOTT Service Number 411604 was killed in a Flying Battle on 28/08/44 in the India Area he was attached to 159 Squadron R.A.F. Aircraft Liberator EV867

Also check the following link www.naa.gov.au open link go to the left side of page and click on "search collection" then click on "Recordsearch" then in the "keyword" box type in the surname PIVOTT and press enter. When this screen opens you will see on the right of the page "digitised item" click on the manuscript icon. click on enlarge. For Victor you have 45 pages of information and for Allan you have 33 pages of information.

Hope this helps kind regards
