Chuck,

Great photos. Thanx!

Does anyone know the time and place for the radar installation?

Re: Two Photos to Share

Thanks, Chuck :-).

Just a wee note about your caption of the Dornier image. You've listed it as 3Z+H38 when of course it should be 32+H38, this being a pre-war code. Nice clear image, though.

Regards,

Paul

Paul,
Yes I did! Even though I had 2 written in my notes. Good catch and I owe you a beer.

Larry,
The seller had the location as St. Brienc although I believe it is Brieuc.

Re: Two Photos to Share

Hi Chuck

I have some images of Dornier Do17E-1s of 8.Staffel KG153 too that appear in an album I am currently researching. The 8. Staffel badge was the ace of spades. The man I am studying flew with 9.Staffel of KG153, whose aircraft carried the ace of hearts. KG153 transitioned to the Do17Z before being renamed as KG3 a few months before the war. KG3 retained the ace badges for its III. Gruppe Staffeln.

Best wishes
Tim O.
